About

Meet Tseko Motshegoa, a clinical psychologist experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
His special interests include depression, anxiety, work stress, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, and family problems.
Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, interactional, and family therapy, Mr Motshegoa draws from different therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to the specific needs and challenges of the client.
Our Services
Individual Psychotherapy
Providing therapy tailored to the individual’s personal circumstances using unique treatment plans based on their specific issues and therapy goals. Goals may include symptom relief, behavior change, emotional healing, and personal growth. ​

I charge R1200 per 60 minute session for cash-paying clients and Medical Aid rates for those with Medical Aid.
Couples counselling
Couples therapy helps couples navigate the complexities of their relationships. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to facilitating meaningful and lasting change using a blend of evidence-based therapies tailored to meet the unique needs of each couple.​

​Couples may consult for premarital counselling, marriage counselling, and therapy for infidelity issues.

I charge R1200 for cash-paying couples and medical aid rates for those with medical aid.
Online or Virtual Therapy
Providing convenient and flexible psychotherapy sessions for individuals and couples with busy schedules or those in different locations. Therapy provided virtually through online platforms.
